AARP Tax Counseling Program

This free Tax Preparation Assistance service will be offered once a week on Mondays from February 5 through April 8 in the Library’s Program Room at their interim location on 3 Brook Rd in Marblehead. 

Reservations are Required

The library will start taking reservations for the 2024 Tax Season beginning January 22 during open Library hours.

This program is sponsored by the IRS and supported by the AARP Foundation. Its mission is to provide free, basic tax return preparation for low to moderate income taxpayers, with a special emphasis on the elderly. You do not have to belong to AARP to use the service, nor is there an age requirement.
